Returns and Replacement Policy:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Here's our return and replacement policy:
Eligible for Replacement:
Items can be replaced if they are the wrong size, color, or style as ordered.
Replacement is available for items that arrive damaged during transit.
Items with cracks or splits upon delivery are also eligible for replacement.
Non-Refundable Items:
If your item does not meet the criteria mentioned above, it cannot be refunded.
Please note that wood is a natural material and can expand and contract over time. Due to the nature of wood, we cannot replace items affected by natural movements.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within one week of purchasing for a full refund. After one week, our regular return policy applies.
Initiating a Return:
If you need to replace an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and details about the issue, and we will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (wrong size, color, style, damaged, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How Shipping Works

Shipping Times:
For items shipped via uShip, please expect your order to arrive within 7-14 days from the date of pickup, unless it's a local delivery.
Local deliveries may have shorter transit times.
Tracking Information:
Once your item is picked up by the uShip driver, you'll receive tracking information directly from them.
For larger freight shipments, a freight company will provide you with tracking details.
Delivery Notification:
The uShip driver will contact you a few days before the scheduled delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time.
For freight shipments, the freight company will also coordinate with you for delivery.

Local pickup at Everlasting Woodworks
We offer the convenience of local pickup for your woodworking furniture, and best of all, it's free of charge. Once your order is placed, we'll provide you with an estimated date of completion, so you can schedule a pickup date that works for you. If the completion timeframe changes for any reason, we'll promptly update you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
